W-2 Information
All registrations must be completed no later than January 7, 2011, to
receive your W-2 electronically this year.
In order to register to receive your W-2 via email please go to:
https://www.paperlessemployee.com/associates
The first thing you will be asked do is “Create an Account”. Please make
sure you go through all the steps. Be sure to keep a record of your User ID
and Password. You will need it to access the site again in order to view
your W-2. An email will be automatically sent to you notifying you that your
form is available.
If at any time you prefer to have a hard copy sent to you, you may return
to the website and choose the “Cancel Electronic Delivery” menu option.
Request for reprints will be available on line after February 11, 2011.
Reprints of W-2s will also have to be requested through the above
website. There will be no charge for the first reprint; however there will
be a charge for any additional reprints. To request a reprint you will need
to go to the menu showing “Reissues and Corrections” and follow the steps.
